These terms cover the marketing site at curaclaw.ai/ and the waitlist form. The clinical product, when it ships, will be governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement and Software License.
Use of this site
You may visit this site, read the content, and join the waitlist. You may not scrape it, attempt to overwhelm the API, or submit entries for users who haven’t consented.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a contract or guarantee access. We may decline any signup at our discretion, especially obvious test addresses or signups from automated systems.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. The product is a tool for licensed clinicians; it does not diagnose patients or replace professional judgment. Any examples used in marketing are synthetic.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Don’t rely on this marketing page for clinical decisions.
